2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled. tk011 reserves the right to verify a member's identity when necessary.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be held responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tk011 supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a request is processed, funds are generally transferred within 10 to 45 minutes.
3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility
To request a withdrawal, the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be met. There is no restriction on withdrawing deposited funds; however, fulfilling the requirements before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses is mandatory. tk011 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests when necessary.
3.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 in value before withdrawing winnings from that bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or sent to another account.
- tk011 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.

Gaming Policy & Code of Conduct
5.1 Commitment to Fair Play
tk011 guarantees fair play as a safe and trustworthy platform. All our games are protected by SSL encryption and fair play technology. We are always obligated to take corrective action regarding any technical error or irregularity.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or intrude into the platform's software or games.

- Colluding or attempting to influence game outcomes in coordination with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to network disconnection, server issues, or other technical errors, tk011 will make its decision on the outcome of that game based on saved data. tk011 reserves the right to void abnormal payouts displayed due to faulty software.
5.4 Special Terms for Sports Betting
For cricket and other sports betting, tk011 sets the odds and rules for specific events. Settlement of bets on disputed events or suspended matches will follow tk011's policies. tk011 has the right to void bets in cases of suspicious activity.
VIP Program & Benefits
6.1 VIP Tiers
tk011's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
Tiers are upgraded based on a member's activity and contribution. tk011 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria at any time.
6.2 Cashback Terms
Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback amount is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss for the relevant week. Cashback funds are not directly withdrawable — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Account Closure by tk011
tk011 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud, deception, or misconduct.
- Detection of multiple account operation.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Failure to meet the age requirement.
7.2 Account Closure by the Member
Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
7.3 Voluntary Break
